He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. I've used Ocean State for a number of years and many of our neighbors use them. First time in ages I felt that I was dealing w/ an honest A/C technician (Michael). Arrived on time, quickly understood the issues, made reasonable recommendations, and solved the problem I was having. This company and technician were recommended to me by friends who have used them for years, and they were not wrong - excellent company and technician to deal with. Our air conditioner just stopped working mid-afternoon on a Saturday and we were desperate to get it working again. Ocean State (Malik) was able to come out that evening and he was amazing. He thoroughly inspected the unit in an attempt to find the ... Read More

Our air conditioner just stopped working mid-afternoon on a Saturday and we were desperate to get it working again. Ocean State (Malik) was able to come out that evening and he was amazing. He thoroughly inspected the unit in an attempt to find the issue. Although the issue was not something that was able to be fixed that night, he was able to get it temporarily working. On Monday, Ocean State sent out more technicians to evaluate the issue and the figured out a fix within a few hours. They had to order the part and came out the next day to fully repair our unit. I appreciate that they were prompt, courteous, and understanding of the situation. They seemed to genuinely care about getting our air conditioning back in working order just as much as I did. Thanks to the whole team at Ocean State! Read Less
