I’m not able to use the Google function Ocean State sends; it seems that I still have one foot firmly planted in the 20th Century, so I’m sending you this brief email. It will be followed by a personal letter to commend the service we received from Wally.
On Friday, April 28, after hours, our compressor stopped working. I called your emergency number, and Wally returned my call within ten minutes, and was at our house within 45 minutes. After checking everything, the diagnosis was that we needed a new compressor.
Monday morning, May 1 by 10:00, Linda called me to say the compressor and parts were available and Wally would be at our home between noon and 2:00 p.m. He arrived before 2:00, and worked diligently and calmly. He’s so pleasant, I knew I had a good person working to get things running. He is an outstanding representative of Ocean State.

Robert has visited our home and serviced our Heat and A/C system several times during the many past years.

Thank you for your usual, quick response to our recent problem. Your service technician came out and discovered our unit had sprung a leak. After meeting with your salesman and after some deliberation we decided it would be in our best interest to replace the whole system. By early afternoon, our new system was installed by your courteous crew. The old system was removed & everything swept clean. Be proud of your MEN – They did a good JOB!
I wanted to let you know that we received A+ Service yesterday on our air conditioning system. Linda called me back to schedule right away and scheduled earlier than expected. Our technician was Alex Lara, he came on time, he went straight to work, and he diagnosed the problem quickly. It was a complex repair, with several blown fuses and a short with disassembly required of both indoor and outdoor units. He worked diligently on the problem and had replacement parts on his truck. He noticed outside that lint from clothes dryer and weed eating near the unit had partially blocked intakes. He even showed me how to hose off my outdoor unit for efficiency. Great work Ocean State Heating and Air, you have earned a customer for life and you will continue to be our Go-To Heating and Air Company!
