Wow, what a great experience with Ocean State. I was afraid that our current company was giving us inflated pricing and possibly lying about our unit issues so I called Ocean State to get a second opinion. They were able to get us in the same day, Michael showed up exactly when we were told he would, I got a text message before hand reminding us. He was professional and HONEST!! Our current company was going to charge us $2000 for something Michael was able to fix in about 45 minutes for $200! We are obviously switching everything over to Ocean State immediately. Such a great experience and we hope that we have found a new air conditioning company for life! Thank you Michael and Ocean State. Read Less

Ever since I went with this company per a reliable source. They installed my units (2018) and service them. I have been happy with them and their customer care from the phone to the techs to supervisors to management - at least 99% of the time (no one is perfect). Despite those few times I am still with them. They listen to you and work with you and as long as you talk to them you will be happy. Nothing is 100% certain with AC's and educating yourself on at least a little on how your units work will help you give them information you see\hear which will help them diagnose odd issues.
